Who We Are

Hi, I’m Aubrey, the founder and lead instructor at Flying Crow Yoga Studio. My passion for yoga started when I discovered how deeply it could transform not only the body but also the mind and spirit. Through years of practice and training, yoga has become more than just a workout for me—it’s a way of life, a path to inner peace, and a tool for healing.

I believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, experience, or fitness level. That’s why I created Flying Crow Yoga Studio—a space where you can feel comfortable, supported, and inspired to honor your unique journey. My goal is to help you connect with yourself in a deeper way, whether you're looking for a powerful vinyasa flow or a calming, restorative practice.

When I’m not on the mat, you’ll find me spending time in nature, with family, or continuing my own journey of personal growth. I’m always learning, both from my students and from life itself, and I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others.
